Puppies will be ready to go in almost 3 weeks!  They will be started on

puppy chow today and will be having their first vet visit in approx 2 weeks!

They are friendly and playful and very interactive with us and our other

dogs - will be well socialized!

2.5 Weeks!

 I've been a bit slack on the pictures, but they puppies are finally getting to

the fun stage!  They are all healthy and chubby.  Their eyes opened this week and they

are beginning to walk, play with each other and bark!  I have 2 pics of each pup and will begin with

the fawn male.

Girl #6 From 2011 Litter

In January I was sent pics and an update from the family that bought Girl #6, now Chloe.  These pics are from when she was about 5-6 months old.

The Newest Litter!

On Sunday, July 15, Cleo gave birth to a healthy litter of 4 puppies - 2 girls and 2 boys!  I'm having issues with this new blogging format, so will describe each pup now and all pics are posted below.  The first pic is Boy #1 (black with a bit of white on chest and tips of paws), second is Boy #2 (fawn with black mask, no white), third is Girl #1 (black/brown with a bit of white on chest and tips of paws), and fourth is Girl #2 (brindle with black mask, no white).  I will continue to update this blog weekly as the puppies grow!

We have one female puppy looking for a loving home! She is black with 4 white socks and a white patch on her chest.

6 Week Pictures!

The puppies are 6 weeks old today and doing so well! I had the vet out last week for one of the horses and asked if he could give the pups their vaccinations as well. Now I just have to deworm them this week. He checked them over carefully, listened to their hearts, etc and said they are very healthy and big (well fed) for their age. They are eating Purina puppy food dry and drinking water from the bowl. They are all playful and friendly - no shy ones in this bunch! They will be ready for their new homes very soon! Only girl #3 is still looking for a loving home. She is pretty much identical to Girl #2.

5 Weeks

I took these pics yesterday with my phone...if I'd realized how yucky today would have been, I would have gotten all their individual shots too. They enjoyed playing in the grass, then decided it was time to nap.



They LOVE their food!!


These guys are so friendly and happy! When they hear us coming, they come running with tails wagging :)

4 WEEKS

The puppies are 4 weeks old now and are so friendly and curious! They love attention! We have 5 that are still looking for loving homes. As they sell, I will mark them SOLD. Thanks for looking!

3 Week Pictures!

We noticed this past Sunday that Cleo wasn't her usual
self. She had a low grade temp and one of her teats seemed
unusually swollen. So off to the Morden vet we went, pups
in tow. Sure enough, she had developed mastitis, which
required a 2 day stay. Fortunately, we caught it early and she has
bounced back. The vet even started the pups on wet puppy food
to make it easier for Cleo, however, she still nurses them as much as
she used to.

The puppies are 3 weeks today, their eyes completely open and they
are walking now instead of crawling! They have even started to bark
and growl when playing with each other - super cute! Enjoy the new pics!
(The pics are a little blurry, but these guys are so active it's hard to get
a good pic!)
