6 Week Pictures

6 Weeks

Sorry, no pictures today, but I'll try to put some on soon. We took the pups to the vet today for their shots and deworming. The vet said we have 7 healthy pups! We knew there was quite the size difference between the largest and the smallest - 9.5lbs - 6.12lbs!! Most of them fall in the 7lb range though. Each pup has its own health record with 6 week weight, which we will pass onto you. The vet also told us that 4 of them have the boxer underbite (which 4, I'm not sure of until I look). Each day, we've been taking them outside and letting them run on the grass until they're exhausted. I'll try to get pics of this tomorrow! See you all soon!

We have 1 female black puppy left. She has a

tiny bit of white on her throat.

5 Weeks - Randoms

We have started the puppies on dry food,

softened. They go crazy for it! They'd eat it

dry, I'm sure, but I want to start them off gradually.

The one on the right (Boy #1) is the biggest

glutton of them all!

Puppies...Almost 4 Weeks!

Girl 3 - Sold to Jackie K (sorry my pics are not in order...I still have

trouble telling which number belongs to which pup!)

We decided yesterday morning it was high time to move

the litter to our outdoor kennel. However, thanks to our

Manitoba weather (-6 tonight!) we moved them into a nice

cozy stall in our barn. They've got tiny sharp teeth now and

try to eat out of mom's food dish (which

she isn't too fond of).
